8老師您好，有兩個問題想麻煩您。

1.小孩的名字是 Kevin  Z.  Liu, 其中zhang是我妻子的姓， 我姓Liu，那麽小孩的surname 應該是Liu，對吧；Given name 是Kevin Z., Kevin, 還是 Z. Kevin呢？有點疑惑，請老師幫忙解答。

-You need to check yoru child's birth certificate for his first name and last name. It should be consistent in all the documents.

2.我以前在美國上班的supervisor後來離開了原單位，當時也沒有留聯係方式，不知道電話號碼，請問我能否留原來公司的電話號碼？-Fine.

是寫公司秘書+原來公司的電話號碼？還是原來的supervisor+原來公司的電話號碼？

問題很麻煩，請8老師有空幫忙回答。拜托了，謝謝您。忘了說，我是走領事館簽證的方式。
