2. 我提交485的時候是不是可以同時免費為spouse提交I824？-You can file I-824 any time fro your spouse following to join, but it is nopt free and USCIS will not approve the I-824 until your I-485 is approved. 這樣是不是有個保險，萬一她沒法來美國，可以走國內的CP，然後即使她來美國了也不影響到時候她提交I485？-Correct. But if your I-485 is aprpoved before she enters US, then she has to stay in China to apply for the immigrant visa becuse she cannot get the H-4 visa anymore and she also cannot get the B2 visa due to immigrant intent.
3. 我485提交後AP拿到前是不是不能出國了，即使我有有效的H1B簽證的情況下？拿到AP後就可以自由出國了吧? -You can leave US any time dueing the I-485 pending and come back use H-1 visa or AP. But if you use AP, then your spouse cannot get the H-4 visa anymore.
