母親3 個月前來美。 我剛拿到美國公民。現準備為母親申請綠卡。請問

I-130表:

1. Part 2: Address history， physical address 1  （ 12.a ~ 13.b）:   因為我的mailing address 和Physical address 相同， 需要填嗎？-Just click "Yes" in Item 11, and not need to fill 12.a to 13.b (leave them blank).
2. 若需要，physical address 2  （14.a ～15.b） 就不填， 對嗎？ 若不需要,那麽 physical address 2  （14.a～15.b） 就填 我的住址， 對嗎？-Not need to put your current address again because it is equal to your mailing address. Just put your previous (second) address in 14.a to 15.b.
2. Part3： Beneficiary ‘s Physical address: （11.a ~ 11.h）  母親現在在美國和我住， 應該填現在美國的地址，還是母親中國的地址？-the one in US, i.e. your address.
3. Part4： Place of beneficiary ’s current marriage (20a ~ 20.d), and Name of Beneficiary’s Spouses (21.a ~22)  父親已去世，要填嗎？還是留空？-Leave it blank.

I-485 表

1. Part 1： US Mailing address：13.a  (in care of Name):填我 還是母親的名字？ 或不填？-Either put your name ( i.e. you receive the mail for your mother) or leave it blank (your mother receive it by herself).
2. Part 1： Recent Immigration History （19: Nonimmigrant Visa Number from this passport （if any））母親 因護照過期換了新護照，B2 簽證在舊護照上，留空？-No!  還是填舊護照上B2 簽證號碼（加注舊護照上號碼）？-Yes.
3. Part 1：24:  what is your current immigration status (if it has changed since your arrival)?應該 填什麽？-Just put "B2 visitor". 母親以B2 簽證入境，現仍然是B2B2 簽證入境，現仍然是B2.
4. Part 2： 3～9： Information about your  Immigrant Category: 應該 填什麽? 或 填 N/A?-Leave them blank.
5. Part 4： information about your parents.   母親以80多了， 她的父母早已去世，需要填嗎？-Yes, and put "Deceased" in "Current City or Town of Residence" part and leave "Current Country of Residence" blank.
