我的問題是：兄弟姐妹移民B表快到，哥哥的女兒己在美國F1學生簽證讀高中，沒有超齡。如果遞完表交完費用後，在等待廣州領事館的通知辦理公證，預約麵簽階段，哥哥的女兒還可以回中國，用F1簽證回美嗎？我看到你回複說是麵簽後就不能用學生簽證回美，但是在等待廣州領事館通知的過程中還能自由出入美國嗎
