8老師，我有兩個問題想請8老師幫忙。 1）現在父母申請綠卡從遞交申請到拿到AP可以回國一般會要多長時間？
-Normally it takes about 3 months to get the AP approved.
2）我父母的簽證在遞交文件後還有一個月到期，請問8老師這種情況我需要給他們申請B簽證延期嗎？
-Not need.  After they submit their I-485, they are legal to stay even if their B2 status expires. Also, their B2 extension will not be approved due to immigrant intent.
