 8老師，感謝您一直以來的支持，今天終於拿到IV簽證了，真心的非常感謝。

       我拿到的簽證有效期到4月中旬，和體檢有效期半年正好是一致的。我現在還有一個問題請教您，請問您我入境後是必須一直在美國待夠時間（比如1年？）？我聽說是入境一段時間，然後可以回國待一段時間處理國內事情，然後徹底去美國，但是這樣的話我從中國再去美國時，IV簽證就過期了。請問您入境後在美國的時間是什麽要求？謝謝您
-When you enter US using the immigrant visa, the IO at the port of entry will stamp/endorse the visa on your passport. Thus, you become a green card holder immediately. The stamped (endorsed) visa is equal to the temporary green card which is valid for one year. USCIS will send the plastic green card to you after you pay the immigrant fee. If you leave US any time before you get the plastic green card, you use the stamped (endorsed) visa to come back to US.
