以前有過批準的EB2 140，現在EB3排期到了，就同時file了EB3 140和485。律師的cover letter詳細的提醒了移民局485基於一起申請的EB3，而EB3應該用EB2的優先日期。
收到的485收據上，preference classification是EB2，priority date也是EB2的。皮匠老師的faq裏說空白的話沒有關係，但是我的485收據上寫的EB2，而EB2不當前，會不會被據啊？
-The EB3 I-140 priority date should be the same as the priority date of EB2 I-140 (i.e. priority date portability), but your I-485 should be EB3 category because your EB2 priority date was not current yet when you filed I-485 . It seems USCIS mixed it up. You need to ask USCIS to fix it after the EB3 I-130 is approved. Talk to your lawyer.
