不好意思，再懇請老師指教如下難題：

1. 遞交父母移民美國申請材料時需要他們的有效護照嗎？

-Not have to. But if the passport expires before they submit I-485, then they need to provide the vlaid ID (Driver license or the State-issued ID) together with the copy of information passages of passport.

護照有效期限最少要多長時間？如果父母的中國護照在遞交材料時已過期或即將過期，可以在駐美中國領事館申請新護照嗎？

2. 另外，除了公民證，我還必須提供美國護照嗎？-Not need. Either copy of 公民證 or 美國護照 is OK.
