8老師，請教您關於體檢帶材料，同一個網站上的要求不一致的問題

我根據visa interview letter上提供的鏈接去看體檢需要準備什麽，在  Medical Examinationz這個網頁（https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/the-immigrant-visa-process/interview/interview-prepare/medical-examination.html），我看到體檢要求帶：

Obtain the following records and bring them to your medical examination:

• Your vaccination immunization records
• Any prior chest x-rays
• Copies of your medical history records
• Your passport, identity card, laissez-passer, or travel document

但是我在 List of U.S. Embassies and Consulates，點擊Guangzhou (GUZ)進去後，看到這個說明文件（https://travel.state.gov/content/dam/visas/iv-dv-supplemental/GUZ-Guangzhou.pdf）中要求

• Bring the following items to your medical exam:
• ? Your visa interview letter,
• ? Your passport,
• ? Recently taken passport-sized color photographs (refer to the physicians’ website for instructions), and
• ? A copy of your immunization records. 

這2個地方關於體檢要帶的材料的說明不一致，請問您我應該按照哪個指示去做，謝謝您
