rescheduling一定是寄信還是可以打電話，我看通知上有個號碼 1-800-375-5283，但是打過去都是自動回複選項，我有點擔心寄信的話，reschedule的時間如果還是在我50天的回國假期內就更麻煩，可以附加說明要求約在某一天以後麽？

另外可以直接提前去附近的USCIS center walk in打指模麽？-I think so. You may just go to the USCIS ASC on the appointment notice to try it and explain to the IO why you need to do the fingerprinting in advance. 我在Portland, Oregon.
