1. 要求past five year, 那麽最後一個address from 是寫5年前的日子，還是寫實際的from date

比如，實際居住時間是2000/1/1 - 2016/1/1，可以寫2013/7/12 - 2016/1/1嗎？因為實際的from date可能記得不是很清楚了-Just estimate the date in 2000. Check your tax returns if possible.

2. 中國的地址好羅嗦，大家都是怎麽填的啊，比如3棟2單元13層1號
