請教8老師， 我的I-140 （Priority date May 3 2016), 和 H1B （到Dec 2020）都是在A 公司下的 A Technical Service Inc. 辦的，我們是基於合同的Onsite Consultant。 我們新的五年合同馬上要開始了，公司把我們這塊全部改到 A Field Service Inc。 那我的已批準的I-140 和H-1B必須得更新嗎？若是，是不是得重新申請I-140 和Transfer H-1B? 謝謝。
-You may ask the emploiyer to file the H-1B amendment. But you may not need to do anything about the I-140. If you still work for the same employer, normally USCIS may not send you RFE. But even if USCIS send the RFE for the I-140, your employer may just say you will work for the previous position after you get the green card.
