1，我聽說如果在等待麵談時間的過程中，如果回中國的話，會延遲或延後麵談的時間，我在想是不是移民局知道你回去中國了，好像你也不急著等綠卡了，所以就把麵談往後推。。。不知道會不會有這個影響？

-USCIS will send the appointment to your parents no matter whether they are present in US or in China. If they cannot go for the interview on time, they can request reschedule. Otherwise, their I-485 will be denied. Reschedule of the interviedw of course will delay the approval, not other negative effects.

2，我母親的申請材料，當時是和我父親一起寄的，我父親的現在五個多月有了一些消息，但是我母親的一點消息都沒有，我母親也很著急，不知道有什麽辦法可以催一下嗎？
