我的情況是，以前和現在的兩個program是不同的學校，都是本科級別的。專業名稱不一樣。在美國教育部網站相關一個網站(nces.ed.gov/ipeds/cipcode/Default.aspx)的Classification of Instructional Programs (CIP)中，我讀的這兩個program的code，小數點前的兩位數字是一樣的(code的格式是：xx.xxxx)，後四位不一樣。
因為讀的兩個program確實有些接近，所以出現了現在讀的這個program有一些課程名稱(course title)跟以前的很像，但具體課程內容並不完全一樣的情況。我盡量不去選擇跟以前看起來很相似的課程，但是在選課時遇到了比如availability, prerequisite unmet, time conflict的情況，雖然學校開了不少課，但不得不去選擇個別跟以前類似的課程才能達到國際生每學期的最少學分。
請問，如果我選了和以前相似的課，會不會在將來申請H1B、在大使館申請簽證、辦理綠卡等遇到問題？比如說，認為我讀新program是屬於pay to stay等。他們如果真的對比我的兩個成績單，我不了解他們會不會給我一個解釋的機會。謝謝8老師。
-You need to contact your school International Student office which issued you the I-20. You must meet the requirements for F-1 students in your school. If your school allows you to take extra courses from another school (it does not have to be in the same major) after you meet the course load requirement in your school, that will be fine.
