我姐姐帶小女兒上周來美看兒子，兒子本科五月畢業，本想呆到五月畢業典禮後回去，這樣小女兒（小學二年級）可以多玩玩，練練英語。可入境時，隻給了一個半月。我的問題是:
1, 申請延期，若被拒，後果是十年簽證作廢，一年後可重簽，需麵試，是這樣嗎？-Yes.
2, 申請可能到五月也沒有結果，在收到被拒結果之前和之後離境有區別嗎？-Yes. If they leaves US during the B2 extension pending (before denial), their B2 visa will not be affected. Keep the B2 extension receipt, and bring it when reentering US or reapplying for the visa in the future.
3, 如不延期，到期後，一個月之內離境，可以嗎？有沒有grace period? -No grace period.
