移民局的回複是這樣，不知道兒子能否Recapture my priority date when applying I-130

Using the caculation described above, your age at the time....are 22.2 years old. Consequencely, you are not eligible for protection under CSPA. You no longer qualify as a "child" for immigration purpose. Your applicaiton is denied.

我馬上為兒子申請了I-130，但希望他能使用我的Priority date，好像相關規定但主要是針對父母也是申請I-130，對EB2申請並未特別提及，但也有說這個規定也是適用EB類移民，我想給移民局寫信，但苦於找不到法律依據，希望有律師能幫忙，多謝！
