正在給父母申請綠卡填表格，有些問題想請教：
1. 我父母07/10/2017 B2入境洛杉磯。他們的I-94於01/09/2018到期。本來打算今天給他們的綠卡申請表寄出明天收到排隊。但看來今天可能表格填不好了。我的問題是：我應該趕快給他們填張B2延期表快遞上去還是等這周I-485填好後隻申請身份轉換就可以了，無需簽證延期？
-Just file I-485 and do nothing else.
2. I-485， 我父母於10年前就退休了。Part 3, Item 19: Most recently employment指的是他們退休前的工作單位-Yes.
還是就直接umemployed?
4. 我父親是黨員， I-485: Part8, item 1 選yes對嗎？-Yes. Part8, item 2,3,4就直接寫他的黨組織機構的信息，對嗎？ -Correct.
Part8, Item 56 也選yes，對嗎？-Right.
這兩項的解釋都是寫在Part4上，-What do you mean in Part 4? 而且同樣的解釋，可以嗎？-Your father needs to write a statement in a separate paper explaining why he joined the Party (e.g. employment, promotion, etc.), what kind of Party activities he participated in (e.g. routine Party group activities, paid membership fee, etc.), and whether he is still the Party member now. If no, when he quit the Party.
6.在申請綠卡時，要在I-485時體檢639及結果一起送上去嗎？
-Yes, had better provide all of the required documents at the same time.
我們是否要等體檢後再交485?（還沒預約體檢）-Fine, but it will delay the I-485 process.
7. 轉換身份時還要G325A一起交嗎？-Not need this form.
8.關於864表格，從去年開始我是自雇人士，收入應該足夠擔保我父母。那自雇的話是不是我到銀行打個公司入賬的單子就算我的個人收入啦？
-You can provide your company financial statement to prove your income.
還需要其他的什麽證明嗎？稅表的話聽說隻要最近一年的就可以了（2016年的），對嗎？-OK, but if you can, you had better provide the tax return of 2017. If no, USCIS may ask you to provide it later, then you can provide it at that time.
9. 2016年需要達到多少稅才算合格？
2015年收入不高，還需要填上去嗎？。-Yes. Read the I-864 Instructions.
10.2017年稅還未報，我的收入隻要提供收入證明就可以了還是要等報完稅拿到稅單才可以幫我父母擔保？-Had better provide the tax return of 2017.
