請問8老師：

1. 谘詢當地的律師說：入籍美國時的天數統計，除了file N-400的時候在美天數至少要913天。麵試的當天，在美天數也要5年內在美至少913天。因為我有一次離開美國了193天，要照顧生病的家人。

但是我從官網上看"Physical presence refers to the number of days the applicant must physically be present in the United States during the statutory period up to the date of filing for naturalization. " 沒有說麵試的當天，也要往後推5年算在美913天啊。
-The lawyer is right.

2. 官網說 “Physical Presence Requirement：USCIS will count the day that an applicant departs from the United States and the day he or she returns as days of physical presence within the United States for naturalization purposes. ”  

在美國的天數：比如說1月1日離開美國，1月10日到美國。1月1日和1月10日都算在美國的天數，是吧？

 -Right. Why don't you just wait for a few days or couple of weeks to meet the requirement before filing N-400?
 

3. file N-400的時候住在州A超過3個月，file後可以搬到州B吧？麵試和oath是在州A？

 -It will take place in B state, and you  need to inform USCIS about the address change by filling AR-11 and also call USCIS to make sure your address has been updated in the USCIS system.
