I94怎樣才算還有效？

是H1B被拒的那天開始60天以內都還是有效嗎？

如果在H1被拒的60天內找到新雇主幫我file H1B，是否還可以算transfer，不用抽簽了?
-Yes, and you can work for the new employer immediately after the H-1 transfer is filed (not need to wait for approval to start working).

（我已經用了兩年H1B，應該還有4年H1B可用，對嗎？)

如果超過60天才找到新工作，回國去簽，如簽證成功的話，是否以後我也還有4年H1B可用？
-Yes. Not need to get  a new H-1 quote.

如果轉成F1，在F1身份期間又找到工作，再轉回H1的話，還能否用以前的H1名額，不需抽簽了?
-Yes.
