８老師你好：我一國內的朋友的姐姐（美國公民）７年前給他申請了移民美國，還沒批下來。他現在想來美國旅遊，是第一次來，正準備簽證，剛把全家的材料交給旅行社，旅行社的負責辦簽證的人說，這種情況容易被拒簽，他們經手的類似CASE１００％拒簽。 如果不想移民，可以讓他姐姐把移民申請取消。
要取消移民申請，請問８老師, 給什麽理由好呢？謝謝８老師！
-Not need to cancel the immigrant petition. He had better just go to the US Consulate to apply for the visa (face to face interview), not through the 旅行社. I have seen many people like him got the B-2 visa. But he needs to tell the truth. His sister had better send him a invitation letter to invite him to visit her.
