請教8老師和各位：關於網上申請renew 綠卡。 （早上在辦公室，不方便打中文）

請教8老師和各位：網上申請renew 綠卡，用email 在USCIS申請了一個account, 當遞交了自己的申請後， 想再申請孩子的綠卡renew。 結果如下error message:

you have reached the maximum number of allowed submittted case of this type

難到每個人renew綠卡，都要在USCIS申請了一個獨立的account嗎？ 一家人renew綠卡， 不能用同一個USCIS的account嗎？

大家renew綠卡時， 怎麽做的？
