謝謝８老師。追問：老婆H4簽證上次入境的時候I94上有效期到2/2/2017，是否說老婆必須的那天之前回國？

-She can file I-539 to extend her H-4 any time after you file your H-1 extension. Provide the H-1 approval notice or the H-1 receipt notice (if the H-1 petition is pending).

然後等我H1b transfer完成後(approval)，再申請H4簽證回來。律師說我的H1b transfer可能需要６－８月完成。

-It is needed during the H-1 pending, you can ask your employer to use premium processing to get it done in 15  days any time.

還有一個問題，我的護照是5/7/2017過期的，可能到５月份的時候還沒有approval，那麽會不會有什麽問題，

在申請的過程中，換新護照會有影響麽？

-Not affect it.
