多謝8老師！可是也有移民專業網站就用“140批準時間-PD”來算的，請參見以下鏈接。 Anyway, 還是有些Confuse。

-I-130 or NIW, EB-1 I-140 can use PD because the PD is the same day of the receipt date for these cases. PERM based EB-2 or EB-3 has to use I-140 receipt date. Some immigration lawyers are not good and make mistakes all the time.
