是不是可以和律師要遞交的所有申請文件的 copy? 還是等回複好了 RFE 最後有結論了律師再給copy? 感覺以前公司辦的批下來後都給了我 所有申請材料的copy, 是不是有相關的規定，這個 copy 必須要給 beneficiary?

-Yes, you have the right to get the copy of all of the documents.

RFE 中有一項要 Evidence Pertaining to Maintenance  of Status, 估計即使批了也要回國簽證了吧？

-If you can not provide the evidences asked by the RFE, then the approval notice will have no I-94, thus you need to go to China to get the H-1 visa.

對了，昨天想的回學校讀書貌似沒那麽容易，因為托福和GRE 都是好多年以前考的了，成績有效期應該早過了。我的H1B簽證還剩1年11個月，是不是可以考慮去我們公司的海外辦公室工作一年，回來換 L 簽證。不好意思，又囉嗦了這麽多，
