另外，i-864和i-864a表何時提交，是交給USCIS 還是給NVC？

-If your relative will apply for the immigrant visa in China, not file I-485 within US. Then, NVC will contact you and ask you to send the I-864/I-864A and other required docments. So, you just need to wait for NVC to contact you.
