今天11/13 就要 入籍麵試了，可是上個星期 出了意外被捕，理由是 hindering，開庭日期是12月中。
Q1： 這個會如何影響我的入籍？
-Depends how serious. If you will be sentenced for the prison for > one year, your green card will de revoked and you will be deport. So, hire a lawyer to help you (hire a criminal lawyer, not immigration lawyer).
Q2： 會等我的這個案子開庭受理完了以後，才審批？ 還是直接就給我拒了？
-The principle is that tell the truth if asked. USCIS will make the background check before they approve your application. Before your arrest case is determined, they will not make a decision on your US citizen application.
Q3： 如果這次拒絕入籍申請， 下次再申請會不會受影響 ？
Q4： 如果hindering被判 guilty 是不是永遠都不能入籍了 ？
