上麵第三個問題，那看來the Child age 理解為PD is current 並且已經遞交I-485 (in US) 或者 遞交了DS260 的日子是否更準確。CSPA age 可以修改為

CSPA age = the child age when the PD is current & the date when you filed I-485 or DS260 - I-130 pending time,

-Not exactly, but similar. When CSPA age is < 21, the child can file I-485 in US or submit DS 260 within one year as long as the PD continue to be current within that year even if the child CSPA age is > 21. But if the PD becomes not current again within that year before the child files I-485 or submitts DS 260, then the child will be age-out if his/her CSPA age is >21. So, the child had better file I-485 or DS 260 as soon as possible when the PD is current and CSPA age is < 21. Once filing I-485 or DS 260, the CSPA age will be frozen (locked) and the child will not have age-out problem no matter when the I-485 or immimrant visa will be approved.
