請教8老師

我成為美國公民多年，兒子持綠卡10年以上。在過去的三年裏，兒子在中國學習工作，但每年都回美探望我們幾周。間隔時間最長13個月，其他都是不到10個月。現在兒子在美國找到工作，想申請公民。我看了Naturalization Eligibility Worksheet，有問題想請教老師： During the last five years, I have not been out of the United States for 30 months or more. 像我兒子這種情況，他並不是三年都沒有回美。不知道他的情況是true，還是not true? 請指教。萬分感謝！
