我填寫了I-140和I-907表，然後看到這個表e-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance，但是我發現這個表開始時候說明
What is the purpose of this form?中的說明
This service is available for applications filed at a USCIS lockbox facility.

對於這句話我很迷惑，在看I-140和I-907填寫說明中，反複強調不要filed at a USCIS lockbox facility。這裏卻相反，我想請教，我可以通過填這個表來收郵件，從而獲悉我的case的進程嗎？
