還是沒明白，移民局官網上說是需要頂部打2個孔裝訂的

我和網上帖子裝訂照片一樣，頂部打2個孔裝訂，然後用專門的一個東西闖過2個孔綁材料。但是頂部打2孔綁材料的話，就會把一些文章頂部的信息給遮蓋住。

另外，從您的回答，是不是說移民局會把整個文件拆下來，然後一頁頁掃描？
