請問申請EB1要看哪些條款，在哪裏可以查到

我看到推薦信模板中出現一堆(§ 203(b))和204(h)(3)(vi))之類的，如下麵的內容。

1.                 I am an alien who has extraordinary ability as a researcher (§ 203(b)(1)(A)(i)) which has been demonstrated by sustained or international acclaim and my achievements have been recognized in my field of expertise on the basis of the following facts:

a.       I have made original scientific contributions of major significance in the field of cancer biology and human genetics (8 C.F.R. §204(h)(3)(v)); AND

b.      I have authored scholarly articles and international conference papers in my field (8 C.F.R.
§204(h)(3)(vi)); AND

c.       I have served as a judge of the work of others in the same or allied field (8 C.F.R. § 204(h)(3)(iv)); AND

3 .             My future stay will substantially benefit prospectively the United   States (§203(b)(1)(A)(iii)).
