I am confused what he/she said the following:

"2. 在B公司用H1B幹了三年半，期間：

一年後I-140獲批。

三年後，延H1B三年。這樣到終止日期累計H1B超過六年，不過因為I-140已批，沒問題。"

I thought he/she used up the 6 year H1 limit and perhaps it was my misunderstanding and his/her lawyer may have made a mistake to only transferred/extended his/her H1 for one year.

最後，我想說，我不知道現在怎麽解決她的問題最好。也許有二：

一、現在重新遞一份H1B轉換申請？不涉及前一公司已批140的問題，直接要求剩下的兩年？

-Yes, but he/she can extend it for another 3 years at one time using the approved I-140 (if it is not withdrawn) because normally the old employer does not withdraw the I-140 (the employer does not lose anything even if the I-140 is not withdrawn). The H1 extension only can be filed in advance up to 6 months before the current H1 expires.

二、或者就這麽認了，等一年後再遞份H1B延期的申請，要求最後剩下的那一年？當然了，如果她順利的話，新公司的PERM和140又批了，她也可以比照前公司的辦法，直接要求三年，其中後兩年當然是六年之外的

（如果到時排期又當前了，那就要求再加六年之外的一年，一共是兩年？-Correct, but ask for 3 years and let USCIS decide it.）。
