離職後公司是否會取消曾經遞交的I140和I485申請?

在現公司(“A”)幾年前遞交了I140 和I-485(EB3)， 現I-485 PENDING， 即將換到
新公司(“B”)工作，新公司可能會再遞交一份EB2申請。看到了這個帖子http://www..com/ym_article/FanLaw/31066185.html，擔心A公司會取消EB3的I140 和I-485(那樣的話我的麻煩就大了)。請問有什麽對策？請指教或分享你的經驗。謝謝!
