TN Visa --Registered Nurse

I have a Canadian passport. I went to nursing school under H4 visa in the US. I passed the board at the end of July. I do not have a social security number, so I can only have one month temperary RN license. I just got a graduate nurse offer after long time job search. I could only have TN visa under NAFTA. Could someone please give me some advice on the best way to obtain TN visa? Thank you so much in advance.
