入境時同學們填過 I-94，申請 H-1b1 或 I-140 時用 I-907 來加快，補張綠卡時知道了 I-90，那麽 I-9 是什麽表格？
不知道 I-9 是一點也不奇怪。
在壇子中見到一文，稱使用 AP 後入境的 H-1b 填寫 I-9 表格就 "maintain H-1b nonimmigrant status" 了。
如下：
after entering US with AP, you should
1) return to your H1 employer;
2)give HR a copy of your AP card;
3) give HR a copy of your new I-94
4) fill a new I-9 form and claim you will continue working on your valid H-1 petition
5) give HR a copy of the May 16 2000 memo (in case HR does not undertand the law)
After these actions, you are actually in your H-1b nonimmigrant status. You should file H-1 extension in the future if you want to keep your H1b status after the expiration of the H-1 petition you rely on after using AP.
I-9 是什麽表格，居然能起如此大的作用？
