請教Pjiang我的Processing Dates回複：【博客】處理日期 Processing Dates

我的I140是02/2007交到NSC, 15個月後的05/2008轉到TSC. 請問我的processing time如何算? 該按原來的在NSC的時間呢? 還是按轉到TSC的日期?
