在閱讀文章後, 我的具體情況不能找到EXACT的答案. 因此再請教:
我和LG一起申請485(同時申請了EAD和AP), 材料8月16日送到NSC,EB2. 140已批準. 他有急事出差,已經於昨天飛回中國.他的H1簽證(2次ENTRY,隻用掉一次)有效到10月29日. 我們的計劃是他在中國等到485收據原件再回美. 我的具體問題是:
1. 如果10月29日前他能成行(485收據收到),進關的時候他應該主動出示485收據嗎?

2. 如果10月29日前不能成行, 他能再在中國簽H1簽證嗎? 這樣等收據最終收到, 他還是有有效的H1簽證入境.
- Sure

3. 如果他用H1簽證和485收據順利入境, 我們的AP 申請還是會作廢嗎? 可以再申請一次嗎?
- Theoretically voided. You may apply another one.

4. 是不是AP和485收據會同時收到? 他是不是應該等到收到AP才入境呢?
- Maybe. He may try using AP too.

Please understand the 2 restrictions on AP and I-485 original receipt, are USCIS' published policies. Practically some people have their own practices which contradict with such policies. So not complying with above policies does not guarantee a refusal on admission, and your discretion is required.
