(2)evidence of applicants current pays stubs from the last three months along with W-2 forms from the last three years, company's employee payroll records to include said employee's name, and evidence the petitioner demonstrates the ability pay from the time of the priority date and continuing until the applicant obtains lawful permanent residence.
