I just got responses from my lawyer as below, guess she was crazy busy now. Hope this helps for someone either:

1) can she still apply H1-b 2009 after our I-485 submission? Yes, she can still apply

2) or Can she apply EAD card and I stay in H1-b?? Yes, she can apply for EAD and you can stay in H-1B. Please keep in mind that she must have a valid Advance Parole document to travel and a valid EAD card to work.

Please note that neither your wife nor your son will be able to travel after we file the AOS applications. They will be restricted from traveling until the Advance Parole documents on their behalf are approved. They can not travel on the F visas.
