H1 I-94 for Canadian

The H1 I-94 for Canadian is multiple. There is printed MULTIPLE on the bottom of the white I-94 card. Everything else looks like the same as other I-94. The I-94 cards for Canadian should be mulitple in most cases. My lawyer said she never heard there is canadian's I485 was denied under H1. But she doesn't recommend I commute every day until I receive the receipt for the Zero risk.
