140 question, no one answer, ask again, Xiaobatu please.

I fill 485 with my hu*****and, and it is still pending. (his I-140 was approved).
Now my company can help me to fill I-140.

If I fill 140, is there any disadvantage to my already filled 485?
Any suggestion is appreciated.

Am I over-cautioned? Our GC application started begining of 2002. It is too long, just do not want to make any mistake.
