xiaobaitu, help!!!

Today, my wife got her second finger printer, but I did not! Please, anybody tell me is that normal? I am the primary applicant. we have the first finger print in March this year. Our priority date is 2004 Feb, and Eb2. Anybody can give some suggestion? Thanks
