等I-485 離婚

前妻 2002年八月遞上I-485 （EB2, PD 2001 年4月），2004年1月協議離婚。後因孩子撫養，法庭再判於2005年10月。其間前妻曾告知她辦案律師離婚事宜，不知律師通知INS否。
2005年3月我的I-485（Derivative /Dependent）批準。因懷疑其合法性，一直未去做passport stamp.
後就我目前情況谘詢律師， 他說，我可以file I-90 去拿Green Card. 還說，我的身份已經是永久居民了。
我的問題是，
1． 我能否拿這個卡？
2． 若能， 能否用InfoPass 預約？
3． 如果用InfoPass 預約， InfoPass 有兩個 選項：

You wish to speak to an immigration officer.

You have received an approval letter or Form I-797 from the Service Center or local office instructing you to come into the office for alien identification card processing / passport stamp.
