我父母馬上來美在我家小住，期間和他的幾個老同學約好想去溫哥華玩幾天。我父母的情況是多年以前有加拿大楓葉卡，後來他們回國了楓葉卡估計也就過期作廢。現在他們想申請旅遊簽證需要注意什麽，有過楓葉卡會不會反而對申請旅遊簽證不利? 

-Probably the Canadian immigration system still record your parents as the Canadian permanent residents though technically  they 楓葉卡 is invalid due to overystay in China. So, probably they need to abandon their 楓葉卡 first and then, apply for the tourist visa.

You had better contact the Canadian Embassy'Consulate in US to see what they suggest.

現在好像都是網上遞交材料或是通過代理遞交，我們應該采用那種方法?
