我是加拿大公民持H1B Visa在美國工作，公司正在幫我辦綠卡， 請問8老師幾個問題

1。 公司目前正在申請PERM labor certification, ，我l另外還需要找律師幫我申請綠卡嗎，還是讓公司做，我什麽也不用做，等就可以？

2  PERM labor certification批準以後， 我就可以在美國工作， 不需要工作簽證（我的H1B Visa 明年到期），對嗎？

-You need to renew your H-1B to continue your work.

3。 我家人可以一起和我申請綠卡嗎？

-Yes.

如果可以，他麽什麽時候申請？，

-When you file I-485, your dependents can file their I-485 with you if they are physcally present in US at that time.

他們需要到美國嗎？ 他們目前在加拿大，不想目前到美國。

-They can come to US to file I-485 together with you when your priority date is current in the future, not need to come here now.
