1）父母需要簽證嗎？
-They need to get the Canadian visa at the Canadian Embassy/Consulate to enter Canada, not need to get the US visa to come back if they will return to US within 30 days from Canada.

2）人在波士頓材料寄哪裏？波士頓有加領館的
-Check the Canada Embassy website (Google to find it).
