緊急求助-加拿大公民身份持H1B在美國工作被laid off, 今年4月才從TN轉H1B, 今天毫無預警被laid off，有問題請教大家，特別是孩子上學的事情，多謝了！！！

1 是不是馬上得申請B2簽證維持身份？
-Fine.

2 如果B2 pending期間找到新工作，能馬上申請H1B Transfer?
-Yes. But need the employer to file I-129 and get it approved by USCIS before you work.

還是保險起見申請TN?
-TN is much simple/easy because you just need to get the TN I-94 at the US-Canada border, not need the employer to file I-129.

 3 一般如果B2在pending,找到下家能不能馬上遞交H1B或TN申請？如果不能，

能不能在B2 pending期間馬上到加拿大美國邊境簽TN？
-Yes. Your child also needs to go there to get TD with you.

4 理論上B類簽證孩子是不可以在這裏上學的，那麽B2 pending期間孩子是不是能繼續上學，還是得馬上回加拿大上學？孩子們還在上小學，這個問題最讓我心焦。
-Just continue study and nothing will be serious.

 我在美國再找一份工作不成問題，可是短期內找到比較困難，怎麽保持身份和孩子上學？請大家幫忙！多謝了！
