問問：賣房換經紀要賠賞他嗎？

2個多月了，經紀一點不出力推銷，老找偶們麻煩。現在他說我們可以退出，另請高明。否則，我們必須全部聽他指揮。不準多嘴。繼續降價10萬以上，他才幫偶們賣。但是跟他簽的合同還有兩個多月到期，咋辦呢？
