Hawaii
The Diamond Head we hike in early morn
Solemn tribute paid at the famous Pearl
Sail from the crowded Waikiki Shore
Hanauma, The dragon's cove, we explore.
Denied was an audience at the king's palace,
The spectacular show by Pelle, the fire Goddess
Given once every forty years we witness.
The blackened landscape, scorched earth
With brimstone smelling air, Is her ways
To teach us to be kind to strangers with care.
Be it an old frail white haired lady,or a beautiful young Hawaiian lass.
She takes and she gives,
She destroys and she creates.
Scattered oasis of tropical plants and beautiful flowers of paradise
Are her gifts to people living in peace.
By helicopter we visit her dormant homes
Decorated with stunning cliffs and waterfalls.
Her current residence, Mauna Loa,
Is bursting with fire
And multi tongued flowing lava.
The coastal road to Hana
is perilously narrow and winding.
The breathtaking scenery
is dramatically changing.
Un-domesticated livestock freely roaming.
The amiable multilingual German driver
Is not well pleased if he is mistaken as an unnaturalized foreigner!
We swim with green turtles, monkey seals and all those colorful fishes!
At Maui, Mauna Lani and Kauai's sandy beaches.
Sharp coral reefs and deadly tigersharks ignored,
As the experience and adventure is the sweet reward!
我已狠批他隻會胡拽寫歪詩了,哈哈。
