請教關於幫助快速睡著的藥的問題，白兔媽推薦Costco 抗過敏藥含Diphenhydramine HCl 25mg，我現

在的藥店藥劑師推薦Nytol extra strength (含Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride 50mg), 這裏有人試過Nytol嗎？是不是效果比抗過敏藥的那種更好？

我試過處方藥desyrel 50 mg 一次一粒，完全沒用。melatonin 10mg 也不行了。 誰還有什麽有效的藥（包括處方或非處方）或其它方法可以在指定的時間快速睡著？我目前最有效的方法就是吃飽就睡，但這個方法很不健康。
